Visual effects, produced by advanced gradient fills

This is an easy sample of which sort of visual effects can be produced by
the advanced gradient fills. Prog is available at
http://www.smartfills.com/Html/GradientFillsDemo.zip . Unzip and run. Four
buttons with digits change regime a little- they set number of colors of
an output image. Output rectangle is painted by interpolation of random
set of vertices, what are randomly moving on this rectangle. Nothing more.
Course, there could be more things like set of non-rectangular regions,
but this is probably task for an artist more than for a programmer. I
wanted only to demonstrate one of possible ways how advanced gradient
fills could be used.

here the file I tried with I also tried with another photo but also
impossible to save as emf file
PaintingTool doesn't save output as EMF due to the fact that there is no
way to do it- current realization of EMF doesn't support necessary
records. If you are talking about Outliner, you should change name of a
file to be saved- it cannot be the same as a source file (bug? I'll see at
it and fix, if it is really a problem. I saved EMF without problems but
under another names). If you wanna save results of your drawing, created
with PaintingTool, as a vector file using Outliner, I have to disappoint
you- this is impossible by the reason explained above. This is what I need
from MS (or some of another big boys, no matter). Some of vector file
formats must be expanded to support modern vectors. Otherwise vectors,
created by PaintingPen or PaintingTool will be used only by these progs.
Nothing to do, current state of vector graphic isn't an ultimate achievent
of humankind. In fact, what I've done is a future state of vectors.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you. Very interesting!
I found this:

It's similar to what you are doing.

Regards,
Fred

Oh, yeah, this isn't something extraordinal. Just some illustration and
prog for meditation. As I told, the main problem here is artists skill and
imagination- nore programming itself (Now I gonna look at that article,
what you've recommended)
